About The Course
The course on Trading Systems and Risk Management by Sahil Rohmehtra is a comprehensive guide to understanding your trading objectives, learning a system-building process, and developing your individual style as a trader.
Note that this course is a recording of the Trading Mentorship Program by Sahil Rohmehtra conducted in February 2025. Thus, the course follows a dialogue format and continuous interaction between the instructor and program enrollees.
Lesson 1, ‘Defining Your Trading Objectives’, is all about forming a strong base. You will learn to define your trading objectives and understand how to think like a trader. This lesson will help you set the right expectations and introduce you to a framework for sound trading.
Lesson 2, ‘Building a Sound Trading System‘ dives deep into the formation of a sound trading system that can set you up for success. You will learn about the 5 important trading parameters that form a perfect step-by-step guide for most trading strategies. You will learn to determine the strength of a trading system and learn about how to select the right stocks for your strategy. This lesson gives good clarity on the type of trading strategy you should be following. The last topic is a discussion of common doubts and resolutions.
Lesson 3, ‘Trading System Optimization and Risk Management’, is the most practical lesson of this course. You will be taken through the Trading Business Plan prepared by the instructors, which outlines how one can go about trading and create an objective trading system. You will learn to put all that you have learned into practice and a solid momentum trading strategy. You will also learn separate trading systems for conservative and aggressive trading.
​Lesson 4, ‘Resources’, is a collection of all the important resources like the trading business plan, his statement analysis, etc. used by the instructor during the course.
